N.ergo product line has been developed to provide a modern uPVC window solution at the best price. N.ergo includes only the most important features and functions of a modern window.

Classic or half-flush sash profile and rounded glazing bead will suit most houses. Robustly built and functional, N.ergo is a reliable product in a good price.

N.ergo windows are manufactured using the German, 5-chamber, SALAMANDER profiles, 73mm, class B.


Uw – resultant heat transfer coefficient for the whole window


N.ergo is an economy product line, designed to provide the best value for money. Thanks to the 73mm profiles, N,ergo windows when fitted with the SUPERthermo 0.5 W/m2K and MS Warm Edge spacers achieve energy efficiency comparable to much more expensive premium class windows.

Choice of two types of sash: classic and half-flush and two types of decorative foils: Walnut and Golden Oak.

Windows are fitted with the reliable Multi-Trend fittings by MACO, in standard with microventilation and optional security striker plates. Optional features include safety and security glazing, stick-on or internal bars and a wide choice of obscure glazing units. MS beyond also recommends top-mounted roller shutters and insect screens.

Very popular among the MS beyond clients is the simple and effective solution of double French doors with a latch.

Our standard windows boast the highest energy rating, confirmed by the energy label issued by the German Institute for Window Technology ift Rosenheim.

MS warm edge spacers: MS beyond uses tinned stainless steel spacers as standard for all windows. Steel spacers provide much better thermal insulation properties than industry-standard aluminium spacers.

“Thread-thin” welds: foiled windows are welded with a limitation of 0.2mm, thanks to which welds in the foiled MS beyond windows are as thin as a thread.

Welded gaskets: technology developed over many years by MS beyond, to ensure proper weathertightness and look of rubber gaskets in the corners.

Cool*Color woodgrain foils: advanced uPVC foils shielding window profiles against excessive heat absorption from the sun. Available finishes: Walnut or Golden Oak.

Cill profile: also known as installation or transport profile. PVC profile used for transportation and often for installation, always fitted to the bottom of the window and increasing o/a window height by 30mm.



half-flush sash: decorative window sash, where external face of the sash is partially flush with frame and rounded at the glass. The protruding part of the sash provides additional protection for the frame gasket and makes it more difficult to break-in through the window, by preventing the burglar from jemmying open the window using a straight tool (e.g. large screwdriver) inserted between sash and frame (“anti-burglary chamber”).

Security protection: securitystriker plate + corner in a Tilt & Turn sash

LUXEMBURG and METZ Secustic handles: German Hoppe handles with the Secustic security system that prevents against opening window from the outside by bumping locking cams in the espagnolette or drilling through the profile to access the lock. METZ handle is exclusive for MS beyond in the Polish market.

Balcony latch: a set of two elements (a latch and a grip) that allows to keep balcony doors (handles from inside only) in a closed position without locking the door from the inside.

Custodian Lock: locking mechanism allowing the window to tilt, but not to turn. Useful as child protection or in public institutions. The window can only be fully opened for cleaning using a key (e.g. by cleaning staff in a public institution or an adult in a private home)

GEZE mechanism: lever operated system that allows to tilt-open a window fitted high above the floor level.

Radio operated top-mounted shutters: Using a programmable remote control it is possible to set time operation for each shutter in the house without the need of investing in an expensive central control system.

Simple or moulded glazing beads: available for standard 1.0 double glazing.

Grey gaskets: colour similar to RAL 7001 (Silbergrau)

Insect Screens: simple and effective protection against insects. Made using aluminium profiles corner-jointed in the same manner as aluminium windows. 

Concealed micro-ventilator: concealed ventilation system (patented by MS) allowing for a controlled air-flow through a tightly shut window. Rising pressure or wind speed automatically reduces air-flow.

Aerofix: auxiliary ventilation mechanism allowing to tilt the window for a few millimetres only. Fitted beside the handle.

Humidity sensitive Aereco vents: window mounted vents available in several variants with differing air-flow capabilities. Automatically adjusted by air humidity. The more humid (stale) air, the wider it opens.

Trickle vents (e.g. Ventair, Aereco): window mounted vents, available in several variants with differing air-flow capabilities. The amount of air flow is manually adjustable. IMPORTANT: according to the regulations even a closed vent is required to provide minimum air-flow.

Blind handle: detachable handle with self-blanking escutcheon Especially recommended for use on buildings where windows should be opened by authorized personnel only.


Glazing options:

Security glass: laminated glass (VSG, two sheets of 4mm glass glued with 4 layers of PVB foil), resistance class P4A as per PN-EN 356: 2000 (required for windows in security class RC 2)

Safety glass: laminated glass (VSG, two sheets of 3mm glass glued with two layers of PVB foil), resistance class 2B2 or P2A as per PN-EN 356:2000 (in case of P2A, 4mm sheets of glass). Purpose of safety glazing is to protect against body harm in case of accidental breakage.

Obscure glazing: ornamental glazing with a printed pattern. Obscure glazing lets light through, but distorts the picture (often used in bathroom windows).

Internal bars: aluminium grids fitted inside sealed units: white, silver and gold 7,5mm wide or 18, 26 and 45mm in matching veneers or RAL colours.

Stick-on bars: simulated divided lights, fitted on the surface of internal and external glass, and duplex bars fitted inside sealed units for the best visual effect. Available widths: 25, 45 and 75mm in matching veneers or RAL colours.

Duplex bars: fitted in between glass panes in a sealed units, beneath the stick-on bars to achieve the visual effect of a divided glass pane. Standard solution for all panes with stick-on bars.

class A: uPVC profiles with external wall thickness of no less than 2.8mm, and internal wall thickness no less than 2.5mm as per PN-EN 12608:2004

class B: uPVC profiles with external wall thickness of no less than 2.5mm, and internal wall thickness no less than 2.0mm as per PN-EN 12608:2004

coex: uPVC profile extrusion technology involving simultaneous extrusion of different uPVC mixes in one profile. Technology used by MS Beyond to prevent excessive heat absorption of external sash and frame sides in veneered windows – external profile walls of coloured profiles are extruded in white (with exception of the MS evolution system). In some profile systems external walls of white profiles are co-extruded in brown for external veneering (not used by MS due to negative influence of increased external profile temperature on window longevity). Co-extrusion is also used to incorporate recycled uPVC into internal (invisible) walls of the profiles. This pro-ecological process does not affect the quality of the windows in any negative way, and allows to sustainably recycle uPVC material numerous times.

reference window: single sash window 1230 x 1480mm, used as comparison basis for calculating resultant heat transfer coefficient Uw for the whole window.

reference window O34: double sash window 1465 x 1435mm, used by MS beyond as comparison basis for calculating resultant heat transfer coefficient Uw for the whole window.

ift Energy Labels – window energy ratings system developed by the German window technology institute ift Rosenheim. 

woodgrain veneers (foils): wide array of uPVC decorative foils, based on the latest Cool*Colours solution that prevents excessive heat absorption caused by the sun. External walls of non-white base profiles used by MS beyond are co-extruded in white, in order to limit the amount of absorbed heat - a very important factor if window is manufactured using the composite reinforcements technology.

half-flush sash: type of window sash, where external side of the profile is rounded and partially flush with the frame. The protruding sash element provides additional protection for the gasket and makes breaking in by jemmying the sash more difficult.

Solid mullion: vertical frame element dividing the window into separate smaller sections. Upon opening the window, solid mullion remains in the frame.

Flying mullion: vertical sash element fitted to a passive sash of a double window. Provides weather-sealing. Upon opening both sashes, frame remains unobstructed.

Transom: horizontal frame element dividing the window into separate smaller sections. Upon opening the window, transom remains in the frame.

Static mullions and couplers: mullions and couplers reinforced with stronger steel profiles to provide adequate window statics.

Solid bar: sash construction element dividing one large pane of glass into two separate smaller units. Available solid bars are 70mm (only white) and 90mm (any window-matching colour).

Ug: heat transfer coefficient for glazing (or another infill type)

Uf: heat transfer coefficient for the opaque window elements (window and sash frame)

Ψ: (Psi) linear heat transfer coefficient at the joint of glass and frame. Psi influences thermal performance of the whole window.

Uw: resultant heat transfer coefficient for the whole window combining all the above factors.
